iPhone 3G Checklist[s]

The iPhone 3G seems to be a staple for this blog, but anyhow, you're reading this, so you're probably 100% as excited as I am. With 4 days left, the question goes to: are you ready?

So, between today and Thursday, I will be finding/putting together checklists for you guys.

Today will be all about the purchasing of the iPhone 3G.

- Of course, If you're in a family plan, you'll want to see my previous post, as well as the follow up.
- If you're a new AT&T subscriber, your credit WILL be checked, so be sure that you have you SS# handy, or just memorized like most of us probably do.
- You're going to need some form of government ID [meaning anything except bank cards, school IDs, and anything like that]
- You won't be able to pay for the iPhone 3G with cash or checks, so have your credit/debit cards handy.
- However, you will be able to buy gift cards with cash and checks, and then use them towards the iPhone 3G [although you can't to pay for activation, new AT&T users only]
- The entire activation process will occur in-store [plan-deciding, ect.]
- Doors are rumored to open at 8am, Apple Stores are apparently putting up signs at 3am

For you to decide while you're in line [PLEASE don't think about the plan you want when you're at the counter, everyone behind you will want to murder you badly...and if you're in a bad neighborhood, you actually might] or before you even leave to go camp.

New AT&T Customers:

For new AT&T Family Customers:

Texting for everyone:
