RE: blog titles [aka: Tomatoes eating kittens!]

I'm sure at least a third of my readers are bloggers. So, during my reading of all my feeds I stumbled upon this gem. Now, this probably isn't a good example, but I'm going to keep going with this running thought of mine.

Why do you think this caught my eye? The headline. Headlines should grab the reader's attention. If anything, it should be a quick piece of what the post is all about. Of course, make it interesting. Don't make every headline "iPhone 3G review by a Half-Man Half-Tree doing the Charleston!" Yeah, I would actually LOVE to see that, and I'd totally read that, but don't make every post ridiculous like that. 

So basically, I guess what I'm saying is that a good post needs a good title.
